    This seller does not disclose they drop ship from Amazon. This is explicitly against eBay's policies, eBay Page ID 4176. They charged $19.95 for a $13.99 Amazon item. I received the item with an Amazon gift receipt, delivered by Amazon in an Amazon package. The item was not as described, and I spent the next three weeks processing a refund. I had to get eBay involved due to the seller uploading the incorrect tracking number and never replying. If you're trying to avoid Amazon, avoid this seller.

    Seller listed the capacitors were in the USA and to be shipped from USA. They were dropped shipped from KOREA and took 3 times longer to arrive and I lost a customer over this. When I contacted the seller it took 2 messages to get them to respond and that took days. They blatantly lied and said I was wrong. So I have posted a picture of the box. eBay of course don’t care and will do nothing about this ….but I at least now know to never deal with you again.
