  Advertised 2 MARX cabooses, sent 3. bubble wrapped and shipped in an envelope. Package got damaged ,caboose in the middle was cracked. Flakes of the red plastic in the envelope. seller said "I don't know what that has to do with me, contact the post office" They didn't like when I said poor judgement in shipping 50 year old plastic toys in and envelope instead of a box. Seller accused me of the OLD SWITCH A ROO. Rude terrible customer service.

  Customers rarely send enough postage. This customer did not request box shipping which costs more than heavy plastic bag. Customer admitted items not valuable and I sent one free as bonus. Items bubble wrapped. I also reduced price per buyer request.

  Glass basket arrived broken only was wrapped in 2 pieces of bubble and basically told me that it was not his problem and for me to file claim thru the post office to be able to get my money back and for me to cancel the return because it was illegal for me to ship broken glass back and he would report me if I did. So I lost $50 cause he had me send 3 extra for shipping thru cash app saying the shipping was more than was listed.

  Item in heavy duty box bubble wrapped with insurance. Customer instructed file PO insurance claim for refund due to handling damage. It's not legal to ship broken glass. Customer needed receipt for eBay purchase as to claim. Claim filed online or at post office. Am sorry was not aware insurance claim up to 100$ not awarded to customer. PO no longer handles fragile items with care....they get moved by machines...and damaged no matter how packaged ..
