    leider wurde ein falsch verpackter Artikel verschickt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer war, trotz unterschiedlicher Sprachen, vorbildlich. Der Artikel wurde zurückgeschickt, und der Kaufpreis erstattet, da eine Ersatzlieferung wegen Ausverkauf nicht möglich war. So löst man gerne Probleme.

    Listing did not state that this item would be subject to high custom fees when it had reached the UK. I Paid £16.95 for delivery to then have to drive a 2 hour drive and pay £74 custom fees to release the parcel as it would be help without delivery otherwise Marketoy have been very unhelpful and quite abrupt in their response to this not accepting any responsibility when on EBay policies it states A seller is responsible for outlining any custom fees! Have reported to EBay to step in.
