Seller is honest & communicates well. Unfortunately item arrived damaged (thus the lower condition description score). It probably slipped out of the cardboard packaging which had no tape around an edge. I was disappointed since I couldn’t give this item as a gift as planned. Seller was responsive to the problem and we arrived at a fair price adjustment so I just kept the item. Had it not arrived damaged I would have given 5 stars on everything. I would give this seller another try.

Okay so ill start by saying this-to say it was shipped out in record time almost doesnt do it justice. The item was better than described, and in the description it said does not have solution. This seller not only put others to shame with shipping speed, but they included solutionnto go with this item when they didnt have to.
