This was very shady. The seller listed the item much cheaper than retail. I paid for it and bought it. The seller never shipped it and asked me to cancel it. I answered that I haven't changed my mind and I don't want to cancel. The seller still cancelled with "Buyer asked for refund" which is a lie. I would not do business with someone like this any more.

Skeptically I purchased the item which was Brand New and well below the MSRP hoping I got a lucky break all the while preparing myself for a problem with the order. So said so done just as the order was supposed to ship the seller communicated that the order could not be fulfilled as the item was the only one available and damaged. I must give the seller the benefit of the doubt that they were not aware and kudos for not sending a known defective product hence my Neutral instead of Negative rate
