  After careful comparison of my carpet I was trying to match and their selections I chose Platinum. When it arrived it was Not A Match. So now over the last week and five emails I'm requesting three color samples so I can try to get the right color. They haven't answered any of my email requests for samples. I haven't asked to return this Platinum carpet. Carpet companies, distributors provide samples of carpet all the time so this isn't anything unusual. All I'm asking for is three samples.
