  I am completely satisfied a little bumped out cause I wanted a specific charm that was out of stock and it said availed buttt the communication with the seller is amazing nice friendly fast to solve the problem I got a message just one minutes after my purchase and fast replacement gave me options and a super fast tracking available and my package arrived within 2 days wow!   I couldn’t put the charm on my Pandora bracelet and started a return. Seller issued return shipping label, no fuss, also sent me a message to try to screw the charm onto the bracelet. That worked! Later she explained in another message that the purpose is to keep other charms from falling off! I’m hooked, that is a great benefit. Great communication with seller. The charm is beautiful and is new as described. Will be doing more business with this seller.
