  Ordered item on Black Friday for Christmas present. Listing showed 10+ in stock. Item was never shipped and the seller wouldn’t answer messages - instead changed listing to out of stock. Had to get eBay involved and eventually asked for a refund which the seller provided. I can appreciate a mistake was made keeping the listing current, but how hard would it have been to message me with an explanation? I wouldn’t recommend buying based on based on my poor customer service experience.
