This racing Cockpit is of extremely poor quality. I received 2 boxes that had poorly packed pieces that were scratched and dented. The item was clearly second hand and not brand new as advertised. I tried to negotiate with the seller a positive outcome, but received an answer of it was the shippers fault and they would charge the shipping company $15 to cover the costs for me to respray the racing Cockpit. This is simply unacceptable. I am not going respray. Avoid this seller

Hello, dear customer.
We need your photos because we need to verify that it is a problem with the warehouse or the logistics provider. Also after receiving your message, we offered you two options of keeping it after a partial refund or a full refund after returning it, you didn't respond to us and in the end we sent you a return label and in return you asked us for the full cost of returning it plus a 50% refund of the entire item. That would be $720 AUD, which we feel is very unreasonable.

The description is true, some of the metal was bent but it wasn't too difficult to bend back into shape with pliers, hammer and elbow grease. Instruction sheets and all necessary hardware were included. If you can DIY, you can buy from this seller with confidence. The shipping box had a small hole in the corner but nothing is missing.
