I sent the pics showing the batteries on battery tester. I returned & sent pic of tracking Nu. They denied parcel had been received until I sent pic of tracking delivery- they tried to say they were putting wrong tracking Nu in- surely they KNEW they had received parcel. Then I was refunded. The positive reviews seem to be PRIVATE!!!! AVOID SELLER!!!

I contacted the seller multiple times who suggested I keep them and he would refund 20%, but they are unusable, so not an option. He assured me repeatedly he would deal with the matter when he received the item. I returned the item two+ weeks ago, he has refunded neither item nor postage. He has defrauded me of £10.44
