  I placed an order on 11/17/24. I was notified that my order shipped on 11/20/24. The tracking info noted the estimated delivery date was 11/21 - 11/24. On 11/29, I contacted Ebay to inform them I had yet to receive the item. Ebay said that if my request still needs to be resolved by 12/5/24, they will step in and help. The seller responded that the item was shipped. Then, on 12/4, I received a refund (no explanation!). I needed this item to complete a job. Very frustrating!
