    I specifically bought this item from ebay to avoid using amazon. I was extremely disappointed when the item arrived from an amazon fulfillment center. Amazon is ruining the world, harming small businesses (like mine), treats their employees poorly and is overwhelming USPS, UPS and Fed Ex. For full transparency, your listing should say this comes from amazon.

    The condition was satisfactory. The installation took most of the day. I had problems with the key not removable, with the deadbolt not going far enough, and other problems. I had to file a part not made by the company. A professional probably would have done it quicker. Interesting, but I made it work after a meal. Everything went together well.
