In spite of this, seller was constantly in contact with me and worked with the post office to try to locate the item. After approximately 3 weeks, the seller automatically issued a refund while the post office was still searching for the package. Thank you!

    UPS GROUND destroyed the item in transit. All it took was reporting the incident and sending photos of the damage, and my money was refunded promptly and courteously. I recommend the seller. Excellent customer service. 5 stars all around. Item was packed carefully, but no packaging would protect it from UPS abuse.

    The books I purchased were beautifully packed and arrived in excellent condition, and were exactly as described. M&R took good care of the books which shows the pride they have in their store. My order was shipped extremely quick and arrived ahead of schedule. This was a great deal on some well cared for vintage books. One thing that makes eBay fun is when the seller understands the unboxing experience. M&R doesn't just dump your order in a box and good luck after that. I enjoyed this deal.
