In spite of this, seller was constantly in contact with me and worked with the post office to try to locate the item.   UPS GROUND destroyed the item in transit. All it took was reporting the incident and sending photos of the damage, and my money was refunded promptly and courteously. I recommend the seller. Excellent customer service. 5 stars all around. Item was packed carefully, but no packaging would protect it from UPS abuse.
