Item was as described and as pictured but, I failed to check if the underside of the plug was same as my own. Unfortunately it isn’t - it’s just a disc and although it held water under test, the whole thing is a bit flimsy so not sure how long they’ll last. However, price was cheap, so can’t complain. Delivery and seller communication was Excellent. Good seller.

The item is described as new, it’s actually reconditioned, and not at a great standard. My one arrived faulty installed on the car and mechanic said the regulator is broken. Told the seller this and they suggested I take it to a repair shop and they offer a 50% refund. We went back and forth a bit and ended up getting £50 back out of my £84, and didn’t need to send the item back.
Seller did their best to fix the issue but communication is slow.

have received a message back from Jane of mandariso and they are offering me a full refund for the product I purchased. I am extremely satisfied with the company/outlet they have gone the extra mile in order to fulfil there obligations.
I believe that there was nothing faulty with the item other than it was not the required length to replace an existing broken mechanism I was hoping the replace. Their price and delivery was the best value for the money (better than Amazon) one could wish for.
