  Took longer than expected to arrive. Seller didn't help much when told about it. Picked up from the post office, box was crushed (post office claimed it was like that when they got it) and seller failed to mention in the description that it Didn't have all the pieces or minifigures like expected. Granted did consider that the missing pieces could be the product of time and loss at play, but that shouldn't justify a false description for a used product. 3 out of 10
