  I’m so happy! This doll was amazing and packaged beautifully, the seller was also very kind. I’m happy that the item came exactly like the photos!   It took 7 days to get my Snoopy figure. The box was not damaged, but even though it was cushioned the basket was broken off and this seller has REFUSED to refund the shipping. They told me to contact the Post office. Hello! I am the customer! I see this seller does not accept returns. This seller sells under Lubilo-o and when you click on that name it comes up as Mamacool finds . They show 100% positive feedback under the Mamacool finds. Would be interested in what the feedback is for Lubio-o!

  HI, I do understand you're not happy I have no control over how long the post office takes to deliver, plus I was trying to let you know that if the item was damage during deliver to contact the post office. If they couldn't help you, I would have taken the item back for full refund. Instead you gave me a negative feedback .
