  I ended up having to disassemble the scanner to clean the underside of the glass, but aside from that, I got it working for film scanning and it does an acceptable job. It was as described, as far as I'm concerned. It was also packed well. I was more concerned with the seller's excuse about having issues accessing a printer for a shipping label, which does track with some of the other feedback from other customers about shipping delays. This seller sells good stuff, but they can be slow to ship.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Order placed 18 days ago.. shipping label printed off 16 days ago but never actually shipped out. I reached out to seller and they said they would ship it the “next morning” which never happened. I have contacted them 2 more times to try and get order canceled but now there’s no communication at all. Really profesh. 👌
