Received item in good condition, and as described. Just hope I can make this, because the pattern is a little more difficult (symbols instead of colored X's) and in segments, than I remember cross stitch patterns being. Beautiful design, though, so will be well worth it if I can do it! Good communicator! Fairly priced for the work that went into the pattern. Well packaged.
