  The 7800 arrived damaged with a cracked hole in the corner of the shell. It wasn't packaged very well. Shipping also originated several states away from item's listed location. After some conversation back and forth, Seller agreed to accept a return and refund the order. Given the acceptance of return and quick refund, it was still an overall positive, albeit mildly frustrating experience.
