    Not a genuine Pandora charm as claimed. Package was dropshipped from China (labels and tracking info confirm this) and did not come from PA as indicated. Details don't match the real charm and it's not even close to the right size. Pics show the charm I received (left) and a genuine charm (right) I was able to get sent from Australia. Seller agreed to refund but never sent the return label or refund so had to open a case to get it resolved.

    I already contacted the seller and expressed the issues . First, it was not shipped right away and after 4 days I asked for it to be shipped. I was never notified that it shipped and for 10 days I did not know what was going on with it. I ordered Nov. 2 and it arrived Nov. 12, so I am disappointed in communication and delivery time. Second, the charm doesn’t have the Disney Parks engraving on it as shown in the listing photo. I contacted seller and asked. I’m extremely disappointed with response
