  The experience with the seller was good. I had problem getting the battery’s usps keep shipping them to Arizona and I live in Texas they went to Arizona at least twice and TEXAS maybe to their three times the shipping label was fine. Head correct address on the package I live in TEXAS near Fort Worth. They kept sending him to Arizona.

  I purchased the 2 pack battery, they came a day early. One of the batteries took a really long time to charge so I asked them about it and without hesitation they sent me another battery to replace bad. Great customer service. I will buy my batteries from them again.

  The package was missing the blower nozzle. That is probably the most crucial part to be able to use all the other accessories. I contacted the seller and they are were going to send a new package. I just hope it has the nozzle. Overall great seller. I do appreciate the problem was solve and our business will continue.
