The seller contacted me to say they didn’t have enough of the colour yarn I had ordered so gave me a choice of an alternative or a refund. I chose the yarn. It was dispatched and delivered very quickly. The yarn I was sent is a great colour match for what I wanted and feels really nice to touch. A great seller who kept me informed the whole time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I purchased 4 skeins of macrame cord on the 14th July for £39. The listing stated 2-3 days delivery. The seller marked as dispatched on the 15th july. The item was never posted! The tracking number was invalid. The seller would not reply to any messages I sent querying delivery time and the tracking number. On the 23rd I suddenly got a refund. The item I purchased is still for sale. Terrible service. I would never buy from this seller again. Tied up my money for nearly two weeks.

The yarn is as described. However I bought two lots, even asked for postage to be combined but this did not happen and so £4.50 for each set total £9.00 for postage was exorbitant and the packaging was a bog standard baggy which will deter me from buying from this seller again.
