  I bought this incubator and when i unpacked it was broken. I contacted the seller and sent pictures immediately. Seller stated they would send replacement and this was almost 3 weeks ago and i have yet to receive anything. I have reached out several times and had no updates on the tracking since the 31st of March so i think it's been lost at this point. I am not sure what else to do here. I am sure this was a fedex issue but i feel the seller needs to make this right i paid for something i want

  it works wonderfully, it was packaged so well and carefully it arrived virtually brand new . it was so worth the price. It fits so well in my small space and it looks so cute. My friends keep asking me about all the time and when I told them where I got it, they are pleasantly surprise. Hopefully when theirs brake down they will purchase their own through you guy.
