  As stated on the instructions, the foam will expand over the first few weeks that the turtle is unwrapped. They are vacuum sealed so they take 2-3 weeks to fully "fluff". We also apologize for the mess-up and we talked to the buyer and we have shipped him another turtle that we sell on our website that is 4x the size for no additional cost. Thank you for your business
