We were more than willing to exchange your item for the unit you needed, and we contacted you on 12/28 to confirm the exact part # for the OEM item that is in your car so we could begin the exchange process. We received no response from you until 1/17 when you asked about returning once again. It is apparent you purchased the wrong part & we were still willing to exchange item
