  Blu-rays arrived with several being unplayable due to scratches. I almost returned them, but with some special polish I had to order, it returned them readable enough to be used. Definitely was not “like-new”, but since I was able to make them readable again, I decided to keep them instead of having to return them and track down another set. The process I paid I feel like was a great deal, I just wish the condition had been more accurately described.

  I am very sorry about this, That was my personal set and I only watched it once. Not sure how scratches could have gotten on them. All I can think is it must have happened in shipping. If you send me a copy of the receipt I will gladly pay for the Polish.
