  While buying the machine, I asked, "Is this machine for books?"Company officials replied, "It's for this book."But it's only for the little ones, there are no large books available. I lost $800 in shipping and handling fees. The product is unusable but company officials are concerned

  When the buyer asked if he machine was good for books I assume they read the description and understood the size restrictions. He did not specify the size of the books so I assumed the books were within the parameters that work with the machine which is up to almost 8 x 12in. Textbooks, reference books, coffee table books, etc. are larger but he did not mention anything other than books. I would not consider smaller than 8 x 12in little but more like most books on the market.
