  Orchid arrived as described and promptly. The price was fair, and the box it was shipped in was sturdy. The packing of the actual plant could have been better. The plant was wrapped in paper, but not secured in the box. So in shipping it jostled around in the box and came out of its pot and the potting mixture was dislodged. The plant was unharmed, but very dry. I was able to repot it using the dislodged potting mixture and soaked the pot in rain water.

  Order originally never came and the tracking never got updated, so I messaged seller, who responded very quickly & immediately sent another box. I've recieved this package and it is amazing quality, packed to the brim and I got it pretty quickly!   Machiela’s Orchids is a regular shopping spot for me! So far I’ve purchased more than 6 of the “Lot of 10” Orchids – terrific value. It’s very excited to unwrap the box with 10 Dendrobiums – typically bloom size, some in spike. As described, well packed, shipped promptly. What a wonderful way to learn and build a collection!! Seller is a 10, a Five Star, and whatever other awards!

  Been a customer of this seller for over a decade. Always a great experience. On this order the USPS took it on a wild delivery ride with many extra days sending it wrong directions.
