The box it was in was the "display box" and not meant for shipping. The toaster was a gift for my daughter. It arrived completely dented and I threw it out. The seller stated that if I threw it out he could not put a claim in with the shipper. It was not the shipper's fault that the product was damaged. It was the seller's fault for shipping it so carelessly. I will not be doing business again with MAADJAX.
