  Item was plastic, not glass or crystal. But contacted Seller and they made it right by refunding my money. I told them to make sure they description doesn't say glass or crystal because it is plastic. I do appreciate the Seller working with me and refunding my money. So to me this is a good seller.

  Ordered 8/5 it arrived 8/15. Half the bows are too small and decorative items fell off. I didn't notice that it was coming from China. The day after it arrived, I received notification from my bank that my bank acct pw had attempted to be changed and fraudulent charges were made on my card including attempts on my ebay account. I cancelled and removed my card info. My bank caught all this. I cannot prove that this vendor hacked my info, but I will never use this vendor again.
