This was a true test of everyone. The USPS lost package #1 in Houston, which has become the loss capital of the entire country. I requested the seller turn in a list item notice as PO would t let me. The seller sent another. It did arrive and I am using it. Had originally asked to send it back, but ultimately they stayed with the sale. I do think they can improve communication on these situations, but do think them for a great product.
