    The product was wrong. I reported it immediately and requested a return immediately. The seller has replied one time per day and has continually asked me to “try to use it” and “maybe take $10-30 discount and take to second hand store” and keep it. I am absolutely not interested in keeping the WRONG item that is not what I ordered and is not what they advertised. I want my money back and I don’t care if they want the item back or not. Today was the deadline before I could ask for help. Help.

    I received the items in a timely manner. Although the shipping and tracking was not so good. Tracking number took me to some site in China and it said it had no record of the shipment. I just received the items and have not tested them yet, but everything looks fine and there was no damage to the package. As far as I can tell it was shipped from somewhere in New Jersey.
