  No, 1... fast shipper. I ordered the clock at 8:00 PM on Monday night... I received an E-mail at 8:30 PM on Tuesday telling me my package had been delivered with a photo of my house entrance with package shown... No 2.. Good communications... I had a problem with setting the clock... The vendor was contacted and he supplied instructions on setting the clock ... The owners manual did not specify initial purchaser must set the clock manually... the vendor knew and shared that ..
