  Fantastic response time! One of the cases was broken when it arrived and I let them know. They spent almost 2 hours looking for a replacement (I had honestly just expected them to keep an eye out for a case, not to actively go hunt one down). When they couldn't find one they offered to a full refund to return it or a partial refund for the condition issue. It's refreshing to see people who care about their business on eBay, most would just not care. I will always look in their store first now.
