  I actually have not utilized this product as of yet, however, the items are as advertised: new and in original packaging. Products were delivered in a fair amount of time, and thanks to the care of placing the items in a protective bubble envelope, the items arrived undamaged.   I received the markers in a timely manner. After receiving them, I sent a message to the company explaining that they didn’t work and were dried up. They responded within hours and explained how to use them and that they were not dried up. I had to prime them. Very professional group. I would buy from them again.
