  I just received my item today. The seller shipped it so quickly. The item is exactly as described. It is new, without tags, which always makes me a bit nervous but this item is pristine. It is obviously brand new. It was packaged well.Also, I offered much lower than what the seller was asking and much lower than it is worth, but my offer was accepted.   This butter dish was advertised as new. I receive the product with food stains and scuff marks on the dish. I contacted the seller to express my dissatisfaction regarding their false advertisement and requested a partial refund. The seller did respond and said they would accept a return, however, the time and effort it would take to return plus run the risk of breaking the dish is not worth it. I reiterated my request for a partial refund and have not received a reply.
