  Paid the seller $4 for shipping. Received a notice from my local post office saying that the shipping wasn’t fully paid for and there was an unpaid shipping balance. I paid an additional $4 just to receive a card that was late, falsely advertised, and not fully paid to ship on the sellers end. Contacted the seller and was told that they didn’t have the money to refund me for shipping at the moment. BUYER BEWARE.
