Hugely impressed with the service from Luggageplanet. Our 16 year old Samsonite case sustained a damaged wheel on a recent trip and Samsonite said that replacement wheels were no longer available. The only place I could find that even mentioned the wheel was Luggageplanet, but it was out of stock. Following an email enquiry, miraculously they were able to source a replacement. Postage costs were reasonable for international shipping to the UK. Arrived in 14 days which seemed reasonable. Thanks!
