*** Buyer Beware*** Free postage but item came with insufficient postage, so there was an extra $10.35 charge at the post office to pick it up. My husband didn’t keep the receipt but I provided a photo of the extra charge shown on the parcel. Seller not helpful and very bullying. A look at older reviews shows this is a common occurrence and I’m not alone with this issue.

We have already issued a full refund for the item. However, we are unable to reimburse any additional postage. there was an error with the charges by Australia Post, we would need the receipt to verify and investigate the issue further.We also noted your mention of leaving a negative review.
