  After 8 days of never receiving this or having any word from the seller I sent them a message asking if they would be shipping my order soon. No response. 2 days later I sent another message asking what was going on. No response. Another 2 days pass & I tell the seller I'm annoyed they aren't responding to me or sending my order, I gave 24 hours for them to contact me or I said I would cancel. They final responded, by canceling & saying sorry can't find the item. What? Horrible seller.

  when I mistakenly thought the doll's glasses weren't in the box that was shipped, seller very nicely explained they were wrapped in bubble wrap ( I thought the bubble wrap was just packaging) & voila! there they were! arrived in great shape, great seller!
