When purchasing items from outside of the country from which you live, I feel that many people forget how lengthy of a process it can be. Items were packaged well and ensured minimal damage, if any were to take place; multiple layers of bubble wrap was used to ensure safety of the items.

Unfortunately this piece got lost in the mail (1st time ever), & I was refunded for it (really wasn't necessary for $2 order). Their labradorite is stunning, & I appreciate the wonderful customer service. Their packaging has gotten REALLY GOOD, very secure, which I also greatly apprecite.
