  Battery contact was broken, after contacting the seller, they refunded partial amount, - broken clock radio cost me $15.28 USD. Seller actually shipped the wrong one, it (broken one) was displayed for sale on their site (different model number). Not a happy customer because it's not the one I wanted or purchased. It was packaged nicely though for mailing!
