    Good Communication. Computer was packaged well and arrived ahead of schedule. I would buy from again. Higher cost shipping was because it was sent FedEx. If it was sent by USPS, it might be cheaper but I would still be waiting for delivery or it might not have ever arrived!

    The items did not arrive as stated ““ Fully loaded and ready to use right out off the box . In great condition . Genuine used internal ”. Scratches were actually cracks that were covered with Glue. Claims that it was mentioned in his description but the description had so many things in it that it was not plain to see. Also the picture do not clearly show the cracks. After chatting with the seller he refused to honor his return policy and told me to go ahead and make my review. So here it is.

    the laptop is exactly as what i stated very clearly in my description but the buyer expect it have to be in perfect as what he want . he did not reading all my description and he did try to argue with me and threaten me about the bad feedback . Seller need to watch out this trouble maker . he is a terrible person .
