Item shipped quickly and arrived intact. This was brand new (NIB), genuine Norelco. The unit that was delivered, was the older/ original style, that required the older/original, orange plastic keepers, that hold the heads and blades in the head unit, as detailed on the packaging. I tried using these heads with the newer style head unit (light blue keepers) and it really irritated my neck.
The picture loaded with this feedback is the correct keepers/ head unit.
