I recently purchased a TCU for my Semi Truck. I asked the seller if he was sure that this was a brand new TCU and if it was ready to use. He told me that Yes, so I went ahead and paid $150 to my diesel mechanic to remove my old TCU and replace it with the one this seller sold me and it did not work. Therefore, I had to stop the truck for a whole week while I was waiting for another TCU that I ordered from Freight Liner to come in. Not only did I lose the $150 that I paid to the diesel mechanic

Buyer received a BRAND NEW OEM part, Installed it. Didn't fix his issue, asked for a full refund on a used part plus demanded we pay for install. We told the buyer we could not give a full refund on a part bc its used. We offered to send a replacement or partial refund, buyer declined. Then canceled credit card payment and opened a case. We've sold dozens, NEW OEM with no issues. Seemed like he was just throwing parts at his truck and expected a small business to eat the cost of his incompetence
