  Very well packaged. The USPS tracking didn’t kick in till it was at my house. I was a bit concerned as it didn’t show mailed so I messaged seller and they were super responsive and validated it was mailed. Item was as described but Av cord was incorrect, very simple and cheap to replace. Description didn’t cover that and it had minimal impact. Seller actually threw in an extra game, needed a little cleaning but was very nice bonus.

  It took forever for the item to actually be shipped. When the item was "resent", and finally arrived, it's a broken Xbox unit that won't even power on. Nor does it match the description of it being refurbished, cleaned, etc. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. My advice: do not trust this seller, at least with their xbox units.
