  I was pretty skeptical about ordering without a lot of photos but I really wanted the sink. I spoke with seller and he assured it was in good condition... delivery was easy and very easy to understand. Packaging was was okI wish he had a little more protective covering butboversl it was fine in the box it came in... IT WAS Definitely AS the DESCRIPTION said it is very beautiful and I saved money on it so the value and price I paid was worth it, I will buy from him again

  This seller is amazing. Quick with responses. Due to the diligence, my composite granite sink , although new in box, was checked before shipping. Turned out seller found a hairline crack and informed me immediately. I could not find a sink in his shop I wanted, so seller refunded my purchase immediately. Of course I am very disappointed about the hairline crack, but could not be more impressed by the treatment. Seller was polite at all times, so feedback is deserved.

  Trust this seller. Would buy from again. Shipped immediately. Item was truly well packed but, unfortunately, sink arrived damaged. Seller responded immediately and refunded my cost. A note about this sink -- I love the sink but actually purchased a 2nd one from a different seller & it, too, sustained the same kind of damages -- i think it is a Kohler packing issue! Beware if you purchase one.

  Item was lost in the mail for three weeks, after a couple messages the seller understood my situation and provided a refund. When it did arrive, it was damaged and unusable. Not sure if it was that way before shipment or not. The seller has fast communication and was able to resolve the issue by providing a refund.

I was concerned because unlike other sellers, this seller only had 1 photo and he used his warehouse code as part of the description which made me concerned that it wasn't the C5 model that I wanted. But it has been a very positive experience. I ordered on 12/22/2024 and it arrived 12/27, 3 days earlier than expected. It arrived in the manufacturers' box. It works perfectly. Before I placed the order, the seller was very responsive. Too bad, he only had 1 available. I needed 2.
