  Started as a negative experience because I was sent a broken item. After a couple of weeks of communication of them trying to talk me into only a partial refund and then refusing to send me a return label I finally got a full refund, once I promised to remove my negative rating. Again, Seller finally refunded my money that they held hostage until I promised to removed negative feedback.
