    Seller contacted about a different brand being shipped I was fine with the brand change. The listing said new turbo with gaskets. Received a used damaged turbo without gaskets. Contacted seller he offered a $100 refund. Now I have a turbo that I needed to fix my car without gaskets and the diverter valve is damaged. He shipped item fast. Not happy with seller

    Buyer never reported any issue with the condition of the product. This item was shipped brand new still sealed in plastic wrap. Shipping was insured. Could have opened a shipping insurance claim if buyer reported the damage.

    The transmission appears to be an aftermarket version from GARP, not the Genuine OEM GE advertised. Seller exchanged offers with me and took my money on December 27th but went away and did not ship the item until January 9th. So, I had to go to the laundromat until January 11th when the part finally arrived. I should have gotten it cheaper and faster on Amazon.

    My eBay seller account was set to "vacation mode" between December 25th and January 8th. When a seller is on vacation mode, buyers are informed before purchase when the return/shipping date is. For this sale, return/ship date was on January 9th and I shipped on the exact date promised. Since this transaction, my procedures have been updated to message buyers as a courtesy when they purchase while in vacation mode, to be sure they are aware of the return/ship date. Buyer never contacted me.
